Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook rice; set aside.
    Melt butter, add onions and cook until tender.
    Add soup, cheese, milk and broccoli.
    Keep over low heat about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Add rice.
    Pour in casserole dish and cover with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Serve with grilled chicken.
