Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 pt. sour cream
    vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    by
    hand
    flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, egg, raisins
    and sour cream.
    Spray 2 (1-pound) coffee cans. Bake bread
    in cans or 1 1/2-quart loaf.
    Keep it moist.
    Take out of cans
    when cooled.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and put lid on. Will keep fresh 2 weeks.
