Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, marjoram and garlic.
    Place chicken, one piece at a time, first in margarine, then in bread crumbs, turning to coat.
    Place chicken, skin side up, in single layer in shallow roasting pan.
    Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until fork can be inserted in chicken.
    Makes 4 servings.
