Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c pumpkin
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
Slowly add sugar.
Add pumpkin, lemon juice, slowly add flour, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into cookie sheet pan, sprayed with Pam.
Bake 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle 2 paper towels with powdered sugar. Turn cake onto towels and roll.
Cool.
