3 medium cooking apples, peeled and chopped
1 can pie cherries (packed in water)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. apple juice concentrate, divided
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. granulated fructose, divided
2 tsp. almond flavoring
vegetable cooking spray
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. rolled oats
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place chopped apples in medium bowl. Drain cherries, saving juice.
Add cherries to apples and set aside.
In small saucepan, combine cherry juice, cornstarch, 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate and 1/4 cup fructose.
Stir over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat; add almond flavoring and pour over fruit.
