Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chopped pineapple
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve 3 tablespoons of juice.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Stir in juice.
    Add cheese and cracker crumbs. Mix well and spoon into a quart casserole dish.
    Melt butter and mix well with cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly brown.
