Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
4 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften for one hour.
Add sugar and milk. Mix until all ingredients are soft; add eggs one at a time.
While mixing, add sour cream, flour and vanilla.
Mix until smooth. Flour and butter pan.
Pour in batter.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Put in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Shut off oven; crack oven door until cool.
Store in refrigerator.
