Lasagna (Short Cut Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly; spoon off fat.
    Add next 4 ingredients. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Salt to taste.
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain and rinse.
