Linguine With Clam Sauce For Four - cooking recipe

1 pkg. fresh linguine
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. freshly chopped garlic
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 cans chopped clams, drained
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. light sour cream
1/3 c. skim milk
1/4 c. roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
Preparation

Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling.
Add garlic. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add parsley, clams and Worcestershire sauce.
Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1 minute more.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir in sour cream and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes more.
Stir in peppers. Cook and drain linguine.
Serve sauce over linguine with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
