Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. manicotti noodles
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and chopped again
1 lb. ground chuck or round
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
3 c. spaghetti sauce
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed.
Place in cold water until ready to use.
