Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. bananas, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moist. Do not beat. Add vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas. Mix in thoroughly with spoon. Divide batter into 3 (9-inch) cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cover cake between layers and all over with following frosting.
