Widow Finney'S Country Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, crusts removed
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. regular milk
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 lb. ham or sausage
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
nutmeg to taste
Worcestershire to taste
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Arrange bread in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Layer cooked sausage (fried) or ham and mushrooms over bread.
Add layer of cheeses.
Combine eggs and seasonings, mixing thoroughly.
Pour over layered ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
