T L H'S Cheese Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Mix cheese and butter.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Roll into 1/2-inch rolls.
    Chill well.
    Slice thin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
