Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs (one at a time).
Add dry ingredients a little at a time until all is well blended.
Add carrots, vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Baking time:
2 (9-inch) layers, 30 to 35 minutes; 9 x 13-inch pan, 55 to 60 minutes and tube pan, 1 hour and 10 minutes.
