Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 to 2 c. chopped leftover ham (if desired)
2 tsp. bacon drippings
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
sweet milk (to desired thinness)
Preparation

Boil potatoes and onions until tender and drain.
Then mash, leaving some lumps.
Add all other ingredients as desired.
Could also add Bordeaux seasoning to make soup spicy.
Could also add grated or bits of cheese as desired.
Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower or squash could be substituted for potatoes.
