Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 oz. pineapple with juice
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter
    6 slices bread
Preparation
    Combine pineapple with juice, eggs, sugar and flour. Pour into buttered 1-quart casserole.
    Cut bread into squares.
    Melt butter in pan.
    When hot, add bread and brown.
    Put on top of pineapple mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
