Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (9-inch) pie crust (baked and cooled)
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
whipped topping (use about 1/2 of 8 oz. size)
Preparation

In medium size bowl, combine sugar and peanut butter.
Mix to crumbly consistency, remove half of mixture; set aside.
Spread remaining mixture evenly over pie crust.
Make pudding following directions.
Pour over crumb layer.
Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, cover with whipped topping and top with reserved peanut butter mix.
