No Peek Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. skinned, boneless chicken, cut in small pieces
    1 can whole stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet, heat oil and brown chicken.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic clove.
    Combine with onion soup mix.
    Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
