4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (more if needed)
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
flour
Preparation

Pour Egg Beaters into shallow bowl large enough to dip chicken.
Roll chicken in flour.
Fry in a frying pan with 1/4 cup oil until done.
Drain on paper towels.
