Apple Kucken Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 1/2 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Preparation

Cut softened butter in dry cake mix.
Stir until crumbly. Stir in coconut.
Pat lightly into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Build up slightly at edges.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Arrange apple slices on warm cake.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on apples.
Blend sour cream and egg.
Drizzle on apples.
Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are light brown.
