Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. grated lime rind
    1/3 c. lime juice
    1 drop green food coloring
    15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    8-inch baked pastry shell
    2 egg yolks
    meringue
Preparation
    Add lime rind, lime juice and food coloring to condensed milk; blend until thick and smooth.
    Stir in egg yolks; blend well. Pour into baked pastry shell.
    Top with meringue.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
    Cool 2 to 3 hours. Keep refrigerated.
