Apple Cider Salad(This Is A Great Fall Salad.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. apple flavored gelatin
1 qt. apple cider
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. apples, peeled and chopped
2 oz. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat cider to a boil.
Dissolve gelatin in cider, then add lemon juice and salt.
Cool until the mixture begins to gel, then add all the other ingredients.
Pour into a large serving bowl and refrigerate until firm.
Serves 8 to 10.
