Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. regular sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. raw carrots, shredded
Preparation
    Cut carrots first.
    Combine sugars, eggs and oil.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Sift dry ingredients together (flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda) at low speed for 1 minute.
    Add carrots at low speed to dry ingredients.
    Grease pan very lightly. Preheat oven
    and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours in greased Bundt pan.
    Keep at room temperature.
