Cherry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. Duncan Hines white Deluxe cake mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spread pie filling in the bottom of
a 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine dry cake mix,
nuts
and
melted
butter.
(Mixture
will
be crumbly.) Sprinkle
over
pie filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or
Cool Whip.
Makes
8 to 10 servings.
