Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large peaches
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Peel and slice peaches.
    Combine sugar, flour and spices.
    Add mixture to peaches; mix lightly.
    Spoon peach mixture into 9-inch pastry.
    Use lattice work top crust.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 40 minutes.
