Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 can red chili sauce
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. cumin
    garlic salt and seasoned salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 corn bread mix
Preparation
    Brown pork in large frypan real brown; pour out fat and add flour.
    Brown; add all remaining ingredients and simmer at low temperature for 20 minutes.
    In bowl, mix corn bread mix as directed.
    Spray baking pan with oil; pat a thin coat of the corn bread mix in bottom of pan.
    Pour the chili or spoon into pan; top with rest of corn bread mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
