Irish Bannock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. cake flour (self-rising)
    75 g. margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    75 g. sultanas (raisins may be used)
    1 egg
    milk
    pinch of salt
    few cherries (if desired)
Preparation
    Rub margarine into flour and salt.
    Add sugar and sultanas. Add beaten egg.
    Mix into a soft dough with milk.
    Bake in a greased loaf tin for 30 minutes.
    Set oven temperature at 475\u00b0 or gas mark 7.
