Georgiana'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet potatoes, cut up
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    2 small onions, cut up
    8 small red potatoes (skins left on)
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
    5 carrots, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 fresh tomatoes, cut up or 1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 bell pepper, cut up
    5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    4 c. water
    1/4 c. A.1. steak sauce
    2 shakes cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Cook in electric skillet at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Add meat to water with seasonings and cook 1 hour.
    Add all other ingredients and finish for 1 hour.
    Some cooking times may vary.
    Stir occasionally.
    You may need to add a little water as needed.
