Meat Crust Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. heated and seasoned mixed vegetables (1 pkg. frozen)
1 c. cut up fresh or cooked tomatoes, drained
green pepper rings, cooked 5 minutes
Preparation

Mix together first 7 ingredients.
Pack into 9-inch pie pan to cover the bottom and sides.
Press another pie pan on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 (moderate oven) for 7 minutes.
Remove upper pan.
Return to oven and bake 30 minutes more.
Turn vegetables and tomatoes into this hot meat shell.
Garnish with green pepper rings. Return to oven.
Bake 20 minutes. Serves 6.
