Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread, thawed out
    2 eggs
    2 lb. hot sausage
    1 pkg. hot pepper cheese
    1 large pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Roll dough out in 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Beat eggs and cover top of dough with egg.
    Cook sausage.
    Drain and sprinkle over dough.
    Shred pepper cheese and sprinkle over sausage.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese next.
    Add parsley flakes (for color).
    Roll jelly-roll fashion and crimp all sides.
    Smear rest of egg mixture on top.
    Put in large heavy pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 2 loaves bread.
    Can be shaped in pan as desired.
