Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head shredded cabbage
2 c. medium white sauce
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook cabbage.
Cover for 5 minutes; add salt.
Cabbage liquid may be used in white sauce.
Place cabbage in dish.
Pour over sauce.
Top with cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serves 6.
