4 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
6 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. shredded carrot
6 Tbsp. raisins
4 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In separate bowl, combine egg, milk and oil.
Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened.
