Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine cocoa, sugar, flour and salt together in a heavy saucepan.
Add egg yolks, milk and vanilla.
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
Let cool a little before pouring into baked pie shell.
