Passover Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 egg whites
    3 large bananas, well mashed
Preparation
    Thaw berries.
    Put small amounts of mixed ingredients in a mixer.
    Beat at highest speed until thick and fluffy.
    As you beat each quantity the mixture should form peaks and reach top of bowl. Continue until entire mixture has been beaten.
    Place in 3 or 4 containers, cover tightly and freeze.
    Use directly from freezer as any ice cream.
