Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, broken into pieces
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 chopped green onions
    2 to 3 good handfuls crab
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add dash of salt.
    Pour into 9-inch deep dish pie pan shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat and bake at 325\u00b0 until puffed and brown.
