Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 pkg. dry yeast (soften in 1/4 c. warm water)
    1 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift and measure flour. Cut in shortening. Add...soda, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Add....yeast mixture and buttermilk. Bake immediately or if you prefer a lighter biscuit, allow to stand for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
