Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 Tbsp. ground cloves
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream butter, oil, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla, buttermilk and zucchini.
Beat well.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
