Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. s/r corn meal
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
3 jalapenos
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
Preparation

Chop jalapenos and mix with all other ingredients.
Place in a greased cast iron skillet and bake at 425 degrees for about 30 min.
