Easy Corn Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, chopped broccoli or spinach
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Butter a 5-cup souffle dish or 1 1/2-quart round casserole.
    Cook corn as directed on package; drain.
    Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in corn and cheese.
    Pour into souffle dish.
    Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 servings.
