Lemon Poppy-Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes.
    Pour batter into two large greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cool for 30 minutes before removing from pans.
    Can be frozen.
