Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 can corn (whole kernel)
1 can corn (cream-style)
1 stick oleo
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix together and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 10 to 12.
