Pesto And Tomato Crostini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices French bread (1-inch thick)
    2/3 c. pesto
    2 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped (1 c.)
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Place bread on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread each slice of bread with a scant tablespoon of the pesto. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 8 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Makes 12 appetizers.
