Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can green beans, drained
1 can lima beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. celery
1 c. pimento
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients at least several hours before serving (overnight, if possible).
Salad may be drained and put on lettuce leaf.
