Low-Fat Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. sugar-free instant banana pudding mix
    1 (8 oz.) nonfat sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) carton lite Cool Whip
    1 box vanilla wafers
    6 bananas
    5 c. skim milk (I use nonfat dry milk and water)
Preparation
    Mix pudding mix with 5 cups skim milk.
    Add sour cream and Cool Whip (use large mixing bowl).
    Layer wafers, bananas and pudding mix in serving dish.
