Veal Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal, thinly sliced and pounded
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. Marsala wine
Preparation
    Cut veal into 2 or 3-inch pieces.
    Mix cheese, flour and pepper.
    Brown veal in butter; add mushrooms and brown.
    Blend in cheese mixture.
    Add beef broth and wine.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Uncover and cook until sauce is desired consistency.
    Serves 3.
