Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small to medium Granny Smith apples
    1 c. cranberries
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients and pour into deep dish pie crust.
    Dot with butter.
    Put on top crust.
    Seal edges and trim.
    Brush with egg white.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    (The fruit will shrink as it cooks.)
