Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 portions of chicken breast per serving
    1 16 oz. can of peaches, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/2 cup brown sugar
Preparation
    Skin and debone chicken and set aside.
    Put all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Place chicken in a baking dish and completely cover with the sauce. Bake at 325\u00b0 F. until meat is tender or about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with sauce over boiled rice.
    This sauce is also excellent with lamb or pork.
