Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. minced onion
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. hot fat
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix the first 11 ingredients and shape into balls.
    Brown in the hot fat or in the oven.
    Remove meat and stir into the fat the flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Add the water and sour cream. Return meat to gravy. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Can be left in a crock-pot.
