Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    7 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift
    flour, then measure.
    Add baking powder, salt and sugar to
    the flour, then sift all together in a medium bowl. In another bowl, mix liquid ingredients and then combine them with the
    dry
    ingredients.
    Mix
    just
    enough to blend only. Preheat a
    waffle
    baker
    in
    closed position on dark or high setting before each use.
    When light goes out, pour 5/8 cup of batter
    in waffle
    baker and immediately close cover.
    Bake 5 minutes
    or until
    waffle is golden brown.
    Wait until signal light goes out before making successive waffles.
