Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large tomatoes
    2 large onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 tsp. pickling spice
Preparation
    Tie pickling spice in a bag.
    Peel tomatoes.
    Cut up in chunks. Dice onions and celery.
    Add all these to rest of ingredients. Cook over low heat 2 hours.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal.
